Caminante Rescatado en Wildcat Canyon

El martes, 10/02/12 en 1:55pm, CON fire received a cellular 911 call for a hiker who fell and was injured in a rural area near Wildcat Canyon Regional Park in El Sobrante. Engine and Rescue 69 (El Sobrante), Battalion Chief 7, and an AMR Ambulance responded to this incident. The injured party was alone and unable to relay his exact location. Our dispatchers utilized enhanced 911 global positioning technology to assist firefighters in locating the patient. After locating the victim, Fire District and AMR Paramedics provided advanced life support care to the patient. An additional fire rescue company from the Richmond Fire Department responded and assisted in securing the patient to a stokes stretcher and carrying the victim to the awaiting ambulance. Un total de 6 firefighters and a chief officer responded to this incident.
